When your package ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking link. You can use the link at any time to check its progress.

find your order number.

Your order number is located at the top of your Order Acknowledgement email. You can also find your order number in the Order Summary section of your packing slip. If you still can’t locate your order number, call 1‑786‑676‑9711 and speak with a Specialist.

Track your order from 3rd party apps on vicecityshops.com:

1. Visit Orders Tracking page 
2. Lookup your order using:
   • your name exactly as in the order and Delivery Platform, or
   • Order ID (VC-XXX)
   • Currier tracking Number sent to you via email with the tracking link
3. Then Select Track Order.

Track your order from your account hub:

1. Access into your ViceCity CONNECT account
2. Select Orders.
3. Then select Orders history.
4. Scroll to the order you want to track and select Track Order.
